📘 How to Use This Tool

📄 Prepare Your CSV File

Create a CSV file with three columns: name, vpa, and amount. Ensure every row contains a valid UPI ID (VPA). Leave the amount column blank to allow flexible payments.

🏢 Add Company Name (Optional)

Enter your business/brand name in the Company Name field. This text will appear at the bottom of every downloaded QR image. Leave it blank if you prefer a clean QR without branding.

⬆️ Upload & Generate

Click Choose File to select your CSV, then hit Generate QRs. The tool instantly renders scannable UPI QR codes with payee names, VPAs, and amounts.

📦 Download Options

Single QR: Click to save a formatted PNG.
Bulk Download: Click 📦 Download ZIP to package all QRs. Your Company Name (if added) appears on every image.

💡 Pro Tips

  • Company names are limited to 50 characters for clean layout.
  • All QRs work with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM & all NPCI-certified apps.
  • For printing: Download ZIP → Extract → Use in Canva/Photoshop for batch layout.
  • Keep CSV filenames short to avoid download filename conflicts.
